The User, referred to as "Client," must provide accurate instructions, ensure a hazard-free environment, promptly communicate any changes, inspect the premises, and secure valuables beforehand. Failure to meet these obligations may result in delays or limitations in service effectiveness.
By engaging Provider's services, Client agrees to adhere to these obligations.
Payment for services should be completed as per the agreed terms.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date to avoid charges. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
Provider will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
SupremeSparks Cleaning Co. Ltd, herein referred to as "Provider," shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or missing property incurred during or after the provision of cleaning services. The property owner, herein referred to as "Client," agrees to inspect the premises following the completion of cleaning services and notify Provider immediately of any discrepancies, on site. Client acknowledges that it is their responsibility to secure any valuable items or sensitive materials prior to the provision of cleaning services. Provider shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the failure of Client to secure such items. By engaging the services of Provider, Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Liability and Indemnity Clause.

Users have the right to access, update, or delete their information, and we use cookies for website functionality, with options to control them.
